The knowledge and experience I have gained in real estate since becoming a custom home builder in 2002 (Loebsack Homes – www.loebsackhomes.com), specializing in new home construction throughout Williamson County, helps to set me apart in this highly competitive market.
As a builder and real estate professional, I have one primary goal – exceed my client’s expectations, every time. To do this, I listen intently, communicate clearly and respond quickly. I want to ensure the process is enjoyable from start to finish – because it’s not just about real estate…it is about your life, your family and your future. Our goal at Loebsack Homes is not to be the biggest, but the very best at what we do. We focus on delivering client satisfaction before, during and after the sale. Those same goals help to guide me as a real estate professional.
Buying or building a home is one of the biggest investments most of us will ever make. That’s why it is important to partner with someone that is knowledgeable, as well as patient and understanding as you navigate the home buying or building process. Gary has an extensive background in real estate, construction, remodeling and home design, which offers a valuable resource for clients. Whether you’re looking to buy or sell, build or renovate – Gary can provide insight, guidance and direction.
Over 30 years of experience in business, sales and customer service.
Having moved multiple times as the result of corporate relocations, Gary has a solid understanding of the process and challenges of relocating to a new area.
Gary and his wife Shirley live in Franklin with their two children – Taylor (11) and Tanner (7). Gary is actively involved in supporting (and coaching) his children’s sporting endeavors, including: basketball, baseball, football, soccer and swim team.
