Julie Emick Executive Assistant & REALTOR
December of 2005 was the beginning of my career in Real Estate officially but I would argue that it began long before that.
In my adult life, I moved my family 10 times in a period of just 13 years. This included moves to places like Oklahoma, Georgia, St. Louis, Denver, Michigan, and more. One move, more recently, took me to France. Each time we moved, our Realtors would comment that I had a natural knack for real estate and would suggest I begin a career in the field. I could spot a home that was a wise investment and made money on each sale. Also, I had a talent for knowing how to properly prepare my home to sell, usually selling our homes in record time. Now that my children are adults, I am happy to devote my time to something I am passionate about.
I have lived in Tennessee and specifically Williamson County since April of 2000 so I feel that I am well acquainted with the area and can help others navigate through the process of finding the right place for them. Likewise if you are in the process of selling your home, I can provide valuable assistance in that as well. I have worked under Bill Henson, a multi-million dollar producing agent since 2005. With my background of moving around the country combined with my experience as a Realtor, under the direction of Bill Henson, I believe I can offer a lot to the home buyer or seller.
I ask that you contact me to discuss your needs. I know that I can help you, if given the opportunity. Thank you for considering me.
